Warrior 30 Day Policy
- Any Warrior product that is proved defective or breaks within 30 days of purchase can be returned to the retailer. You must provide a proof of purchase that proves the product was bought within the 30 day time frame.
Warrior Six Month Warranty
- All handles and heads are covered by a six month warranty except for Titanium Defense handles
Warrior Titanium Limited Warranty
- If defective due to bending or breaking, a replacement will be made for attack and goalie length handles, within a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Titanium defense handles are under warranty for 30 DAYS from date of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover denting.
- Replacement handles will carry the duration of the warranty from the original purchase date, not from the replacement date.
- Titanium defense handles are covered for 30 days.
To Make a Return
- Proof of purchase is required for each return.
- Visit the Warrior website at warriorlacrosse.comand fill out an online request form, and wait for an email with a authorization number. See the service center link on the website for return information.(link above)
- Once Warrior receives your return authorization request, we will evaluate your request.
- If it meets the requirement of our policy Warrior will then send you a return authorization number - RA number within 5 business days.
- Please note: You MUST have a return authorization ( RA number) before sending the defective product.
- Once you have the RA number please follow the proper steps and procedures below.
- Write the return authorization number on the proof of purchase and place it inside the box with the product.

Important Notes On The Warrior Warranty
- If there are any problems with your request we at Warrior Lacrosse will call or send you an email.
- If you are having problems filling out the return authorization form, please feel free to call Warrior Lacrosse customer service at 800-968-7845.
- Be sure to clearly print the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- When returning heads make sure all heads are Unstrung.
- Warrior does not warranty products that are given as part of a promotion (i.e. free stick for attending a camp). In addition, Aluminum handles are not under warranty.
- The warranty on apparel, bags, and protective equipment is 30 (thirty) days from the original purchase date. Accessories carry no warranty (i.e. ministicks, pocket pounders, nets, etc.).
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Warrior warranty does not cover custom helmets
- Warrior Products bought within 30 days of defect can be returned to the vendor with proof of purchase.

STX/NIKE Warranty
Sling It! customers can return broken or defect STX or NIKE products to their nearest Sling It! retail location. If the product was purchased from a non-Sling It! retail location, please follow the instructions below for warranty claims.
Limited Warranty
All Heads
STX will replace plastic heads that crack or break under normal playing conditions for up to six months from the customer's original purchase date.
Heads that are altered in any way (baking, melting, dying, or pinching) will not be replaced.
In order for a customer to receive a replacement head, he must first return the broken head (with receipt) to the original place of purchase. Once approved, a new head of the same model as the broken head will be given or sent. Strings are not part of the warranty and must be removed and replaced by the customer.
All Handles(except aluminum)
In the event of severe bending or breaking during normal play, STX will replace broken handles if accompanied by a dated proof of purchase and was broken within six months of purchase.
Dings, dents, scratching may occur during normal use and are not covered by the warranty.
Each warranted handle will be replaced with a same-model handle or, if not available, with one of equal value.
Intentionally bending or cutting a handle or other deliberate tampering or evidence of inappropriate use of a handle will void the warranty.
All Equipment
STX will replace equipment that evidences poor workmanship and/or material failure within six months of original purchase. Customer must have a proof of purchase.
Tampering with or altering STX equipment from its original design or construction will void any warranty for the product.
Honored warranty claims will result in a customer receiving a replacement item of the same model or value.
To Make a Return, you must do the following:
- 1) Deliver defective equipment within 6 months of initial purchase to the retailer you purchased the product at.
- 2) Make sure the broken head is unstrung
- 3) A proof of purchase is included with the broken head
Important Notes about the STX/NIKE warranty
- STX/NIKE products bought at a Sling It! retail location can be returned to any retail location if the product qualifies under warranty.
- Pocket stringing is not covered by this warranty
- Intentional modifications to the head, handle or equipment voids this warranty
Examples of Intentional Modifications include but are not limited to the following:
- engraving
- gouging
- branding
- drilling
- pinching
- baking
- dying
- bending
- excessive flexing
STX/NIKE and STX/NIKE Authorized Dealers reserve the right to question and refuse any claims made for warranties if tampering or foul play is suspected.

Brine 30 Day Policy
- Any Warrior product that is proved defective or breaks within 30 days of purchase can be returned to the retailer. You must provide a proof of purchase that proves the product was bought within the 30 day time frame.
Brine stands behind all of its products when used under normal use. Proof of purchase with the date of the purchase on it, is required for every item being returned due to defects:
- All men's and women's lax heads/shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Composite shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
- All protective equipment are guaranteed for 60 days
- All bags are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase
- All apparel is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase
- All Lacrosse helmets are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase
- All Lacrosse eyemasks are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase

To Make a Return
If your Brine Lacrosse product falls under the manufacturer's warranty, here is how to get a replacement.
- Visit Brine's homepage and fill out an RA Authorization Form Online. You can find this form under the Warranty + Returns link located at the bottom of page.
- If your request is authorized you will receive an RA# within five business days. You must have an RA# to return any product to Brine.
- Write the RA# on the proof of purchase and place it in the box with your product to be returned.

Lacrosse Heads
- Six (6) Months
- Upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model.
- DeBeer reserves the right to provide substitutions based on product availability.
- Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer.
- Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, pinching, or bending will void the warranty on all deBeer heads.
Lacrosse Handles
- Titanium enhanced alloy attack/goalie handles are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase
- Titanium enhanced alloy defense handles are guaranteed for 60 days
- Women's Composite Handles are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase
- All Men's Composite Handles are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase
Protective Equipment & Gloves
- All protective equipment and gloves are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
Bags and Apparel
- All Bags and Apparel are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase
Helmets/Goggles
- All Helmets are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase
To Make a Return
- Locate your receipt and confirm that the product you wish to return is still within its warranty period.
- Call deBeer customer service department toll free at 1-800-833-3535 to request a return authorization number.
- Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.

Important Notes About the deBeer Warranty
- Dings, dents, chips (composite), and scratches may occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty.
- Aluminum handles are not covered under warranty.
- deBeer will pay all normal freight charges (ground shipping) to send back the replacement product.
- YOU MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER TO MAKE A RETURN WITH DEBEER LACROSSE. ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

Shaft Warranty:
- Maverik shafts will either carry a 1 year (12 month) OR a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, depending on the type of shaft. All of the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for the Maverik warranty:
Item was purchased from an authorized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
The customer retains proof of purchase form the original transaction.
The item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Please note that dings, dents and scratches may occur during normal use and are NOT covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a ONE TIME replacement on the original purchased item only.
The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed below.

Protective Equipment, Bags and Apparel Warranty:
- Maverik Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment, bags, apparel will be free from defects (i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for 30 DAYS from the original retail purchase provided. Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a one time replacement of the original purchased item only.
- Item was purchased from an authorized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
- The customer retains proof of purchase form the original transaction.
- The item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
- The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed below.
Warranty Exceptions
- Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items etc.) will not be covered by the warranty.

- Back Ordered Items: Due to high demand of several maverik products, Maverik can not maintain stock of certain items. All back ordered items are considered valid and will be shipped as the merchandise becomes available UNLESS written notice is received by Maverik from you. Notice must be given in WRITING 30 days prior to shipment

Shaft Warranty:
- All Talon shafts have a Six month warranty
- Any Talon shaft obtained through promotional events are not covered by the warranty
- You are eligible under the warranty only if the shaft is becomes broken under normal game play
- breakage occurs during a Field lacrosse game

Cascade Warranty
All Cascade Helmets and Goggles come with a 1 year unconditional warranty.
To Make a Return:
- 1. Contact Cascade Customer Service at 1-800-537-1702. Please have your proof of purchase handy.
- 2. The Cascade Customer Service will then give you a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- 3. After obtaining an RA number, send the helmet, along with the RA number and proof of purchase to:

Adidas Warranty
Heads 6 month warranty.
- Heads must break under normal playing conditions
- Heads that are altered in any way automatically void this warranty
- A copy of the receipt must be returned with the broken head
Handles 6 month warranty
- Handles that break under normal playing conditions are covered for six months.
- A proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
Protective Equipment 6 month warranty
- Intentional modification will void this warranty
- A verifiable proof of purchase from an Adidas Lacrosse dealer must accompany the returned product

- 1. Contact Adidas Customer Service at 1-800-486-2788 to receive a return authorization number. Please have your proof of purchase handy.
- 2. Adidas Customer Service will then give you a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Reebok Warranty
Reebok Gear 30 Day Warranty
- RBK will honor a one time replacement of equipment that has under gone severe breakage or ripping that occurred during normal play for a period of 1 months from date of purchase.
- A proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
Reebok shaft 6 month Warranty
- RBK will honor a one time replacement of a shaft and/or equipment that has under gone severe breakage that occurred during normal play for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
- A proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
To Make a Return:
1. Contact RBK Customer Service at 1-888-242-1332 for shipping instructions. Please have your proof of purchase handy.
2. RBK Customer Service will ask you for the following information.
a. date of purchase
b. dealer where purchased
c. your address and phone number
d. proof of purchase
e. how your handle was broken or damaged
3.Follow the shipping instructions they give you over the phone.
Important Notes about the RBK Warranty
- Denting, Scratching and chipping may occur during normal play but will not be covered under warranty.

Shock Doctor Warranty
Shock Doctor will honor a warranty under these conditions:
- Your product is found to be defective. Your Shock Doctor on-line purchase is warranted against all manufacturers defects.
- Within 30 days of purchase, if the item is returned unopened/unworn in the original box, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.
- The product must be returned to Shock Doctor within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
How to obtain a Return Authorization Number
- e-mail Shock Doctor Customer service at cs@shockdoctor.com to receive a Shock Doctor Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
- Securely pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Shock Doctor is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Please include the following information in your package:
- Your name, return address, e-mail address and telephone number
- Shock Doctor Return Authorization number "RA Number”
- A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
- A copy of the receipt dated within the warranty period for your product.
- Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim or package being returned
